AirVerify™
Real-Time Air Quality
Testing System

AirVerify™ is VerifiClean's proprietary real-time air quality testing system — the only on-site bioaerosol detection platform deployed during residential and commercial duct cleaning in New Mexico. It delivers court-admissible, timestamped before-and-after data in minutes, not days.

Detection Capabilities

Six Parameters. One Device. On-Site.

Traditional lab-based spore trap testing measures one parameter at one moment in time. AirVerify™ monitors six parameters simultaneously, continuously, in real time — while the technician works.

Mold Spores

Cladosporium, Aspergillus, Penicillium, Stachybotrys

Unit: spores/m³
Reference: Baseline vs. post-clean delta

Airborne Bacteria

Total viable count including Legionella-risk species

Unit: CFU/m³
Reference: ASHRAE 62.1 reference levels

VOCs

Formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, xylene, and 200+ compounds

Unit: ppb / ppm
Reference: EPA & OSHA exposure limits

PM2.5 & PM10

Fine and coarse particulate matter — dust, debris, combustion

Unit: µg/m³
Reference: EPA NAAQS standards

CO₂ Levels

Carbon dioxide as a proxy for ventilation adequacy

Unit: ppm
Reference: ASHRAE 62.1 ventilation standard

Relative Humidity

Moisture levels that predict mold growth risk

Unit: % RH
Reference: ACGIH & ASHRAE 55 comfort range

Every Job Ends With a Signed Certificate of Completion

At the end of every VerifiClean job, you receive a printed and digitally signed AirVerify™ Certificate of Completion. It includes your pre-clean baseline readings, post-clean verification readings, the delta (improvement) for each parameter, and the technician's signature with timestamp.

This document is designed to be presented to insurers, property managers, healthcare compliance officers, and — when necessary — courts. It is not a marketing brochure. It is evidence.

Common Questions

AirVerify™ FAQ

Is AirVerify™ the same as InstaScope™?

AirVerify™ is VerifiClean's proprietary brand name for the real-time bioaerosol detection platform we deploy on every job. The underlying detection technology uses the same laser-particle-counting and fluorescence-based bioaerosol detection principles used in clinical and research settings.

How long does an AirVerify™ reading take?

A full baseline reading takes approximately 10–15 minutes. The device samples continuously, so by the time the pre-clean inspection is complete, we already have a statistically valid baseline. The post-clean verification reading is taken immediately after cleaning is finished — no waiting.

Can I get a copy of my AirVerify™ report?

Yes. Every customer receives a printed copy at job completion and a digital PDF sent to their email. The report includes a QR code linking to the permanent digital record, which can be shared with insurers, property managers, or attorneys.

Is AirVerify™ data accepted by insurance companies?

Yes. AirVerify™ reports have been accepted by major property insurers operating in New Mexico as documentation of pre- and post-remediation air quality. The timestamped, chain-of-custody format meets the documentation standards required for most residential and commercial claims.

Do other duct cleaning companies use AirVerify™?

No. VerifiClean is the only duct cleaning company in New Mexico currently deploying AirVerify™ real-time air quality testing on every job. Other companies may offer optional add-on testing, but none include it as a standard part of every service.

What does 'real-time' mean in practice?

The AirVerify™ system takes a new reading every 30 seconds and displays it on a tablet screen that the customer can watch during the job. You see the mold spore count, VOC levels, and particulate readings change in real time as the cleaning progresses. There is no waiting for a lab to process samples.

Duct Damage Prevention

How AirVerify™ Stops the Damage
Before It Starts

Conventional duct cleaning with negative air machines can collapse, tear, and destroy flex ducting — the most common duct type in New Mexico homes. AirVerify™ testing is the diagnostic layer that makes safe, low-pressure cleaning possible.

The Problem with Conventional Cleaning

Negative Air Machines Operate at 3–8 IWC — Flex Ducts Are Rated for ≤1 IWC

Standard truck-mount negative air machines generate 3–8 inches of water column (IWC) of suction pressure. Flexible ductwork — which accounts for the majority of residential HVAC systems in New Mexico — is designed to operate at pressures below 1 IWC. Exceeding this threshold causes the inner liner to collapse inward, the outer jacket to tear, and insulation to separate from the duct wall. The damage is often invisible from the outside and goes undetected — until air quality deteriorates or energy bills spike.

Pre-Clean Testing Identifies What Needs Cleaning — and What Doesn’t

AirVerify™ pre-assessment testing establishes a precise baseline of contaminant levels before any cleaning begins. This data confirms whether cleaning is actually necessary (avoiding unnecessary duct stress), and guides the EnviroFlow™ LPS technician on which zones require the most attention — so pressure is applied only where needed, at levels the ductwork can safely tolerate.

01
Measure First
AirVerify™ tests all 6 parameters before touching the ductwork. Establishes which zones have elevated contamination.
02
Clean Precisely
EnviroFlow™ LPS applies ≤1 IWC pressure only in contaminated zones. No blanket high-pressure treatment of healthy ducts.
03
Verify After
Post-clean AirVerify™ test confirms contamination is resolved. Certificate issued only when data confirms safe levels.
